Hi All,
We arrived back and opened 4th Jan, pretty much the walking wounded.
My Chef Dean was sore, serious operation.
I was sore, not so serious operation.
It doesn't matter, but when you are involved in this business you have to keep on and on and on.
No Excuses!!!!!!
Every one who is hungry needs to be fed and feel that what they eat at Bayside Diner is memourable.
Whilst we are and who we are,we are striving to give every person who visits us the best possible food.
Seriious Chef prepares Dining and equally
Serious Chef prepares Take away.
Our stuff is just not slammed on a hotplate and fried.
Our Burgers are arguably the best in Australua
Our Fish n Chips are as good.
Our Steaks and Pasta's and Curries and Kedgeeries. Yummo!!!
We are a Diner, where you can come in and enjoy
Please visit. I know you will be over the moon
with the best food at prices you will be happy with.
And the booze $6 Beer and Fine Wines.

Think about a perfect storm.
Something that can potentially screw up your entire life and without fully understanding, you fall and fall and fall.
By being ignorant to my health situation and so it goes,
I woke up with a jaw ache, it then got swollen and with presciption antibiotics and anti inflammotary painkillers a perfect storm was born.
My Head Chef Deano also was in a serious serious situation.
And NOO it was'nt food poisioning. Ha Ha!!!
More on that later ,
I hope all of you had a Merry Christmas and are looking forward to this Brilliant New Year and with hard thinking you will all prevail.
And during this glorious summer please visit us.
You won't be disappointed.
