Hello to all of our long awaited customers!

Just a post to let you all know we are still here, working hard behind the scenes to push for a re-opening date. Early July is our approximation for re-opening as our builder’s handover date has now been pushed back until end of June.

We miss all of our customers and can’t wait to serve you again, really really soon!

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you that Pho Hung Preston experienced a fire incident on 6/8/25, which has caused significant damages to our premise.

We are currently undergoing renovations to restore and improve our space until mid late November, with more updates to come!

We appreciate your unwavering support and patience as we navigate through this difficult time. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to a more refreshed and safer environment.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Dear Pho Hung Customers,

After much consideration we have decided to re-open our business on Tuesday 7th April for trading with a few major changes. Our business hours have now changed to: 11am-9pm for takeaway only, as instructed from the government due to COVID-19 restrictions. We recognise that this is an uncertain and worrying time for everyone. We would like to re-assure all customers by addressing these issues with adding more sanitising steps to our work routine. These steps will include but are not limited to:
- sanitising every single item as soon as delivered from our wholesale suppliers (no contact delivery)
- using disposable gloves before; during and after preparation of foods (disposing the gloves once each task is complete)
- sanitising eftpos machine and or money after contact with every single customer to prevent spreading and cross contamination
- regularly sanitising our restaurant at 2 hour intervals
- picking up takeaway from one allocated table at the front of restaurant without contact with staff at Pho Hung (social distancing compliance)
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Cash: We will pre-organise cash change and have that ready alongside your takeaway for pickup.
Eftpos: Eftpos machine will have amount entered upon arrival and left on the table next to your pickup. Just tap and go!
Bank transfer: Bank account details can be provided upon request, send your banking receipt to provided mobile number once complete. Orders will proceed after banking receipt has been sent.

As always, our first priority is to be able to provide delicious meals without compromising on the health and safety of your families.
