Introducing Kirsty - A familiar face to our beloved clients, Kirsty will be taking the reins and bringing smiles back to the small business delivery industry. With her expertise and passion for excellent service, we couldn’t be happier to have her on board managing The Traxi. Plus, she’s just in time for the Easter weekend festivities! 🐰🥚

As we ease back into the swing of things, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
Here are a few important points to keep in mind as we navigate our re-launch next week:

📆 Operating Hours: Hours will be 9am - 2pm and we will be closed on Tuesdays (for now) and Sundays
🚫 Limited Availability: Please bear with us as we gradually build back up our delivery capacity.

Let's talk real about the ups and downs of running a business – something relatable to most.

Just like any wild ride, entrepreneurship has its exhilarating highs and those quieter periods that might make us feel like kinda slow. We've had days where the orders were booming, and our drivers were like speedy superheroes, and then there were days when we had time to catch our breath and regroup. And that's okay!

Dealing with the twists and turns of finding reliable staff is like navigating a maze. But we learn from every experience. We've honed our hiring process and built a team of amazing drivers who are dedicated to delivering your amazing products with love and care.

As a small business owner, it’s hard enough finding the courage to put what we’ve built in someone else’s hands, caught up on the thought that they can never replicate the effort we put into our businesses. But once we take that leap, our businesses grow, and THENNN we then think what would we do without them.
