Guksu is the Korean word for wheat noodles or noodle dishes.

On our omakase menu, the Guksu features a clear, vibrant broth made with dried scallop and anchovy sourced from Korea, topped with fresh uni from a local supplier.

We apologise for this change. We hope to welcome you to our dinner omakase, running as usual from Wednesday to Friday, from 6pm until late.

We are now offering two dinner sessions: 6-8pm and 8:30pm-late.
