Ricotta spread over our stretched-to-order pizza base, topped with a full 125g ball of Fiore di Latte mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, fresh basil, our incredibly spicy artisan Nduja… and now we’ve decided to sneak in caramelised onion after the photo was taken 😄

Because honestly, we realised it just belongs on there. That sweet, slow-cooked onion brings everything together and balances the heat perfectly.

No extra chilli needed on this one — this Nduja is seriously hot and packed with flavour. It’s a unique homemade-style Nduja you won’t find anywhere else.
