From a tiny village in Greece called Petrana to the heart of Souvlaki GR in Australia 🇬🇷🇦🇺

Lina’s journey with us is nothing short of incredible. She arrived here 10 years ago and, through pure grit, loyalty and leadership, worked her way up to become our General Manager.

She is the backbone of this business, the calm in the chaos, and truly Sam’s right-hand woman.

We simply would not be where we are today without her.

From the kitchen floor to the backbone of our franchise network.
Nearly 10 years ago she walked into GR as a crew member, and through pure dedication, grit, and heart, grew alongside the brand into the incredible Franchise Coordinator she is today.

A true example of what it means to build a career with Souvlaki GR. 💙

GR isn’t just a workplace — it’s a second home for so many families.
We’ve watched babies become toddlers, toddlers become big kids, and kids who only ever knew “mum or dad at the shop” grow into the next generation of dreamers.

Ten years on, the laughter, chaos, late nights and tiny footsteps are still part of the story.
This is what building a family business really looks like.
