To our beloved Sucrèe community, family, and friends,
The past 24 hours have been incredibly difficult as I come to terms with the reality of the damage. It is with a heavy heart that I share Sucrèe will not reopen its doors at this location.
This news is devastating. Sucrèe has been my livelihood, my passion, and my safe space for the past three years. It’s been a source of strength for me during life’s toughest moments, including the heartbreaking loss of my baby brother, Korey. At this point, I’m uncertain about what the future holds—whether that means opening Sucrèe in a new location, pursuing a different path, or something else entirely.
For now, I want to focus on expressing my deepest gratitude.
Thank you.
Thank you for believing in me, supporting my dream, and making Sucrèe a part of your lives. Thank you for sharing in the space I created with so much love. My mission was to showcase the beauty, creativity, and joy that desserts can bring—taking them beyond the ordinary and into something truly special.
It has been an honor to share my passion with you through each menu, season after season. Sucrèe was built on the idea of bringing happiness through food, and I hope that joy came across in every bite you enjoyed.
I truly hope this is not goodbye but rather “see you later.” While I don’t have clarity on what’s next, I ask that you keep an eye out for what may come—I’m holding on to hope and excitement for the future.
With love and gratitude,
Elisha ###
