Our stories met in the most wonderful ways.

It was an honour to have Chef Nick cook with us, and to serve up plates that championed indigenous history and immigrant present of this land we call home.

Thank you to everyone who dined, and to the team for such a special night. To Telina, who stood by us. And especially to oceanroadabalone as well as aqunasustainablemurraycod for giving us their very special produce to plate up.
