Planning a celebration?
For custom orders, we recommend allowing a minimum of two weeks’ notice where possible.
That gives us time to schedule your booking, create your design, source ingredients and organise all of the little decorative details that bring your order together.
If your celebration is less than two weeks away, don’t panic! Most of our toppers and decorations are made right here at Sweets for the Soul, so we’re often able to accommodate last-minute orders when availability allows. Just send us a message and ask. 🤍
For bookings made more than two weeks in advance, a 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining 50% due two weeks before collection or delivery. Orders booked within two weeks require payment in full.
Delivery can also be arranged for an additional fee.
And because celebrations can add up quickly, we’re always happy to chat about payment plans for advance bookings when needed. 💕
The biggest tip? If you know your date, get in touch early — even if you haven’t worked out every little detail yet.
