10 years. Yeah, that's how long we've been doing our thing.

It's a bit hard to believe, honestly. It feels like only yesterday we were setting things up for the first time with a simple idea that's still at the heart of Lane's today: good food brings people together.

Whether that's standing around a BBQ with mates, sitting around the dinner table with family, or sharing a feed with good company, those moments are what it's always been about.

Over the last 10 years, we've been lucky enough to be a small part of thousands of cook-ups, family dinners, backyard BBQs, and everyday meals. That's something we never take for granted, and we couldn't have done it without your support. So from all of us at Lane's, thank you.

The NRL Grand Final is only 6 days away, and it's time for Recipe 6 of 7 in our footy finals food series.

You can't talk about great BBQ food without mentioning pork ribs.

Air Fryer Steak Bites - The Perfect Footy Finals Snack

Quick, easy, packed with flavour, and perfect for smashing through a plate while watching the footy finals.

Ingredients:

400g Sirloin Steak
1 tablespoon canola oil
Lane's Brisket Rub
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Fresh chives

Method:
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
Toss the steak bites with oil and a generous coating of Lane's Brisket Rub.
Lightly oil the air fryer basket, add the steak in a single layer, and cook for 7 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Add the steak bites and toss until coated.
Finish with fresh chives and serve immediately.

Perfect for footy finals weekend. Cold drink in hand, mates around, and a bowl of these steak bites disappearing before halftime. 🏉

There are two things every good footy party needs: a close game and a tray of wings.

These Crispy Buffalo Wings tick the second box perfectly.

Brined in buttermilk, cooked until golden and crispy, then tossed in One Legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce, they're messy and spicy. The sort of snack that has everyone reaching across the table before the replay has even finished.
