Our Story – Midori Sushi & Roll

Midori Sushi & Roll was first established around 2010 and has proudly served the local community for many years. Over time, the shop has grown and evolved, with different owners contributing to its journey.

I became the fourth owner in June 2016. Since then, my focus has been clear and consistent:
to serve freshly prepared food every day, with generous portions, honest flavours, and care in every dish.

As the shopping centre has grown, so has Midori. Today, we operate mainly as a takeaway Japanese cuisine shop, with a small number of dine-in tables available for customers who wish to enjoy their meals on site.

Some of our best-selling dishes include our Salmon Bento and Salmon Sushi Rolls, loved by customers for their freshness, balance, and satisfying portions.
We are also well known for our All Day Breakfast (Teishoku-style set meals), which continue to grow in popularity as a comforting and filling option at any time of day.

Recently, we have added a selection of Korean dishes, including Bibimbap, as a fusion offering that complements our Japanese menu while bringing new flavours to our customers.

We are deeply thankful for the many compliments we receive about our freshly cooked food and generous servings. Your support inspires us to keep improving and serving with sincerity every day.
