We want to sincerely thank you for the many supportive and heartfelt messages we've received since announcing the closure of Syndian. Your kind words and encouragement have meant a great deal to us.

While we would have loved to respond personally to each message, the sheer number has made that difficult. That said, we want to acknowledge a few key themes that came through clearly from so many of you.

1. Continuing the Syndian Range:

Many of you asked if Syndian products could continue to be available in the future, especially for those who depend on them for specific dietary needs. We greatly appreciate this feedback, and this has prompted us to make it a priority to explore viable paths forward.

We are now actively working to ensure that our recipes live on — either by passing them on to a suitable manufacturer or by making them available to the public online for home use. Our goal is simple: to keep these products accessible in some form for the people who rely on them. We will keep you updated as we progress in this task.

2. Final Dispatch Dates:

Several customers also asked for more clarity about our final delivery schedule. Below are the key dates for last dispatches from our Sydney facility:

Queensland: Final Dispatch – June 13
Victoria: Final Dispatch – June 24
NSW & ACT: Final Dispatch – June 25

Please note: As we move closer to these final dispatch dates, we expect more items to go out of stock. Not all products will be available, so we encourage placing any final orders as early as possible.

Company Announcement | A Heartfelt Goodbye

After 25 years of crafting natural food with care and purpose, we’re writing to let you know that Syndian will be closing its doors. This is not a decision made in hardship but one rooted in reflection, integrity, and our desire to retire and move into a new stage of life.

Our journey began with a simple mission: to create honest, wholesome food that we could stand behind. Over the years, that mission became our life’s work, and you—our loyal customers—became part of our extended family.

We are now heading into retirement. While we explored succession options, those plans didn’t unfold as we’d hoped. So, with mixed emotions, we’ve made the decision to wrap up this chapter. Rather than compromise what Syndian stands for, we’ve chosen to close with pride in what we’ve built and deep gratitude for everyone who has been part of it.

From humble beginnings to becoming a brand loved by many, Syndian has always been a labour of love. We’ve been privileged to share our food with you and to be part of a growing movement toward more conscious, sustainable living. Your support over the years—whether as customers, retailers, suppliers, or friends—has meant the world to us.

Our last day of trading will be June 30th, and we’ll stop making new products around June 13th.

If you’ve been collecting rewards points, we urge you to use them before June 30th, as the system will close and points will no longer be redeemable.

Thank you for being a part of this journey. This business has been one of the most meaningful chapters in our lives, and it wouldn’t have been possible without your belief in what we do.

As we begin this new chapter, we say goodbye with full hearts and sincere thanks.
