This one took a tad longer than we would have liked. A couple of newbies for the winter menu dropping in from tonight.
The fella pictured above is a delicate combination of rolled pancetta, pear, gorgonzola, caramelised onion with mozzarella on a garlic base topped with a frolicking of balsamic glaze. Mm-mmm. Banging

Good day beautiful people! We’ve got a proper special for you guys this week. Mama has come through with the goods and provided us with healthy load of perfectly ripened sweet figs from her Inglewood backyard and we couldn’t wait to share them with you! A delightful garlic base with fior di latte, spicy n’duja, fresh Inglewood figs, house caramelised onions and clumps of creamy goats cheese with a light sprinkling of sage. Just wow! We call this one; Welcome To The Fig League

Happy Friday Beautiful people! Just sliding into your feed this glorious day with a cheeky number in the way of a “summery” quattro-formaggio. Mozzarella, havarti, Gorgonzola and apples, atop a fresh, light ricotta base, finished with cracked pepper. The perfect accompaniment to a glass or two of chilled oaked chardonnay. We’re calling this one Mela-D.

Bringing in the new year with some tasty vibes to keep the good times rolling! Kicking things off with the always delightful n’duja, seasonal red grapes, rosemary and mozzarella on a garlic base topped with rocket and a squeeze of lemon. Great gazooks! Deserving of the name; Alexander the Grape!

Top of the afternoon to you all beautiful people!! Dropping back into your week for a summer special we’ve got going on this week. It’s a Rosso classic but with this beautiful weather we couldn’t resist. Welcoming back for this week.. Gettin Figgy Wit It! Fresh Prosciutto on a bed of fig jam, Gorgonzola, caramelised onions, mozzarella and sage, all on a garlic base. Delights!

For the already initiated, we’ve been playing this tube every summer since we opened (apart from last summer), and we ask you beautiful people to help us out with the fig supply in our great fig-for-pizza exchange. Fear not legends! The ship has not yet sailed. Consider this a little preview for the summer to come. Once we officially hit fig season, we will be putting the call out and the exchange will be back on. We can’t wait!!
