✨️Garlic Bread- Not your ordinary.

I use the same dough as I use for our pizza bases...an idea started 12 months ago. After an average of 2.5 T of dough made. 10 + Recipe, hot and cold protocols, i decided to take a closer look to the dough structure on a molecular scale.

After months of pen and paper, heat and chill, humidity %, starter, pre ferments, hop ferments, sugar and amino acids triggers, stabilisers (all natural) and the swap, introduction and removal of fats... (and the list goes on and on) ...i can finally say this thing is now a master piece.

I like to take ordinary and add a bit of "Extra".

Culture butter, fermented Sage, parsley nd rosemary in garlic confit, spread, roll.
