Who doesn't love a delicious barbeque for a weekend dinner 😋 Undoubtedly an amazing meal to have especially during a cold winter night! Forget sausages, bacon, and pork belly. Why not have Wagyu tongue slice and Wagyu Tri-Tip Karubi slice as the perfect companion for your belly!

However, it is important to cook these correctly to make sure they taste the best. We recommend to cook the meat until they are medium rare (usually takes about ~20 - 30 secs) as that's when the meat is most tender and delicious juice still inside! We've specially cut these meat to be made specifically for Yakiniku/grill to make sure the cooking process is quick and easy and it's the right thickness to be eaten.

As you can see in the video, Wagyu meat typically produces a lot of oil hence a grilling pan like in the video is recommended so the oil doesn't puddle up on the pan. But, if you don't own one of these, then it's totally fine. You can just clean the pan using paper towel to soak up the oil once its built up!

After that, enjoy it with your favourite sides and drinks! It is that easy to have a delicious, perfect, and heartwarming meal to have during a chilly winter night! So, get yours now! What are you waiting for? 🤤
