A recap on our Italian night last week 🇮🇹🍴

-Torched heirloom tomatoes with burrata and Turkish paired with tread softly Prosecco
-Slow braised beef ragu pappardelle w shaved Parmesan and pangritata paired with Gentle Folk vin de sofa
-Tiramisu to finish ( we forgot to grab a photo) but it was paired with Pellegrino Marsala
