Why Wood Fired Pizza? People have always delight in food cooked over wood fires. Our oven burns only wood as the only source of heat just like they did in 1660BC in Naples, Italy. When burned, this wood produces an intense, constant heat and a sumptuous yet delicate aroma. Our wood-fire oven produces the ultimate environment for true artisan, wood fired pizza. FRESH, local, hand-prepared and carefully cooked meals taste the way food should to taste.
