ESH just for your event, using only the best flour slow fermented for 24 hours, this produces a light, natural & easily digestible base. Our dough is topped with only the freshest carefully selected seasonal produce, sourced locally & internationally. Taste the difference with our rich, creamy Italian Fior di Latte (Mozzarella), lean proteins and superior flavour of our Italian imported San Marzano D.O.P. Tomatoes. Our specially selected produce delivers a fresh, clean & light tasting pizza. Fresh fired in our 400˚wood fire oven, the dough is ready to meet its destiny in our locally built 400 plus degree wood fired oven for approx 2 minutes before it is removed & sliced ready for your enjoyment.
