Rosa Cienfuegos is a talented Mexican chef who has made a significant impact on the Australian culinary scene since 2010. Born and raised in Mexico City she cultivated a deep love for traditional recipes. She came to Sydney Australia in 2009 where her passion for Mexican food grew, staring from market stalls she pursued her dream until finally opening her first restaurant Tamaleria and Mexican Deli in 2018 where she offers quality ingredients and rare to find Mexican delicacies. With a commitment of spreading the love for Mexican food in Australia, she expanded her dream to writing a cookbook titled “Comida Mexicana” which has been sold in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA. Following the success of Comida Mexicana, she is set to release her second cookbook “CDMX” in November 2023. Through her dedication, Rosa has bridged cultures and delighted palates leaving mark on the Australian culinary landscape.
