You arrived every morning at 6am on time and never once missed a shift or arrived late. Your reliability and consistency meant so much to us, and we are deeply grateful.
Because of you, for the first time in nine years since opening the shop, Ben and I were able to feel a little more at ease knowing the store was in good hands. You were an incredible support to us.
Your bright and kind personality helped you build great relationships with your colleagues, and you were truly loved by everyone. Many regular customers also came to see you, take photos, and bring gifts to say goodbye.
We hope your time here will remain a meaningful and happy memory in your life. We sincerely wish you health, happiness, and all the best as you return to Japan and start your next chapter.

とても寂しい最後の日でした。
私たちの最高のスタッフTowaへ。毎朝6時に必ず出勤して、開店を支えてくれて本当にありがとう。一度も遅刻も欠勤もなく、その責任感と誠実さに心から感謝しています。
あなたのおかげで、開店して9年目にして初めて、Benと私は少しだけ余裕を持つことができました。その存在は言葉では言い表せないほど大きな支えでした。
昨日がここでの最後の勤務日でしたね。明るく優しいあなたは、たくさんの友達をここで作り、同僚ともとても良い関係を築いてくれました。どんな時も笑顔で、周りを助けてくれるあなたは、スタッフにもお客様にも本当に愛されていました。
多くの常連のお客様がわざわざ会いに来てくださり、一緒に写真を撮ったり、プレゼントを渡したり、手作りのケーキまで持ってきてくれました。それだけあなたがどれほど愛されていたかが伝わってきて、とても感動しました。
