Hello everyone
I just wish to advise that over many months we have had to deal with water pouring in from our roof. I know many of you are aware of this because of your continuing support to help me clean up after every rain period. The roof issues are the responsibility of the landlord and after many emails sent by my solicitor it was finally fixed this week. The problem I have is the damage it has caused. The ceiling is capable of collapsing and sections of the walls and flooring need replacing. I have just noticed mould is present and after advice I'm not going to risk the health of my staff and diners. The council has declared the kitchen as a major noncompliant.
The last twelve months have been very difficult because of this. I wish to thank everyone for the patience you have shown when we have had to cancel days and so many lunches.
The problems I have mentioned are all factual and can be backed up with photos and emails. The regret I have is this situation would not be happening if repairs were done when the problem first appeared.
To finalize thank you all for helping us for so many years. Red Sea is not saying goodbye I'm just not sure of what our next option is but I am working on it. Please just watch this space.
