WE MAKE ROLLS. At How We Rolls HQ in Brisbane, Australia, we’re constantly thinking up new additions to our menu.

Toasty brioche rolls, stuffed with smoky spiced and seasoned meats, covered in house made sauces all resting on top of zingy fresh salads. Our rolls are stuffed with succulent meat slathered in our own handmade season rubs, carefully smoked and patiently slow-cooked to create flavours that are achieved through our intense appreciation of flavour.
