From the highlands of Huila, Colombia, our newest Grand Cru has arrived, and it’s unlike anything we’ve released before!

Grown at Finca El Diviso, the rare Pink Bourbon coffees are cultivated 1,750m above sea level by the Lasso brothers. During fermentation, the cherries are quenched in hot and cold water to capture and lock in their incredible aromatics and flavours.

The result is a medium-to-bold coffee with sweet lychee, tropical fruit, subtle florals and brown sugar, finishing with a wicked caramel aftertaste.

Rare. Refined. An adventure in a cup.

Your next Grand Cru adventure starts here!

For years, our limited release, Grand Cru, has taken us somewhere new, with almost every release bringing a completely different coffee adventure. In fact, we’ve repeated the same blend just twice.

This time, we’re heading to Finca El Diviso, a 16-hectare family farm nestled 1,750m above sea level in Huila, Colombia.

Here, the Lasso brothers cultivate rare Pink Bourbon, a remarkable variety prized for its complexity and famously said to be almost indistinguishable from Ethiopian Landrace coffees.

Then comes the magic. During fermentation, the coffee is quenched and then plunged alternately into hot and cold water to help capture and lock in its delicate aromatics and flavours.

The result is a medium-to-bold coffee bursting with sweet lychee, tropical fruit, subtle florals and brown sugar, finished with a wicked caramel aftertaste.

Rare. Remarkable. And unlikely to ever taste exactly like this again.
