There’s something about a lazy Friday night dinner that just screams Mexican!

So, after accidentally buying a rather large carton of corn ribs 😂, I’m giving Grilled Corn Queso a whirl tonight.

Naturally, I can’t leave the recipe alone… so I’m using some lean beef mince and minced Elmar's wild boar chorizo, and there may be some extra cheese 😉 because you can never have too much cheese!!

Then it’s feet up, snuggled in front of a good movie and officially calling it the weekend.

What a beautiful weekend to be in Margaret River! The weather is stunning, and Open Studios kicks off tomorrow, with more than 150 studios opening their doors across the region.

It’s a great excuse to get out, explore places you might not normally visit, meet our talented local artists, and enjoy the region along the way. 🎨🚗

And after a big day of exploring, if you don’t feel like heading out again, we have the perfect way to finish the day - relaxing back at your accommodation with some ‘in-room’ grazing and a local w**e. 🧀🍷

We’re here until 5pm every day and have you covered for all your grazing needs and cravings!

You’re 100% correct - and it’s nothing but the very best!

Mould and cheese have a long and delicious relationship. We all recognise the distinctive veins of blue cheese, but mould also plays an important role in ripening many other cheeses.

Cambray Cheese 's Mount Folly is a surface-ripened white mould cheese with a wonderfully soft, mousse-like texture that melts in your mouth.

Then there’s Ashdown. Its darker appearance can sometimes be mistaken for blue mould, but it’s actually a variation of the Mount Folly rolled in a fine layer of ash, adding subtle earthy notes while the edges become beautifully soft and creamy.

So yes… there’s mould in our fridge - and we’re rather proud of it! 😄🧀
