We hope you are enjoying some our new options and some of the new flavours we are achieving with our new suppliers. It’s always a bit daunting as suppliers change but we have seen it as an opportunity to fine tune what we were already doing.

It’s that time of the week again. We are refreshed and ready to go.

We are still stocking our baklava range and hope you have enjoyed it. Three delicious flavours are available. Hazelnut, Oreo and Dubai chocolate.

It’s that time of the week again. The store opens again at 16:30 today.

I have been working with another chef for the past 5 weeks and we have been experimenting with dough. I believe it is the best we have ever had and is the perfect dough for what we do. Drop in and gige it a try.

Also our main supplier has closed in Cairns so for the past couple of weeks we have been trialing new products and trying to find the best one to fit with what we do. Cheese is always the hardest one but we have found a great replacement and we are now settled on it.

We are back for another week of being covered in flour😁

One of our main suppliers for the past 2.5 years has closed its doors in the Cairns region so we have been trying many new products and options.

We have a couple of boxes of single serve garlic breads which we will be giving away with each order until they are gone. I definitely should wear my glasses when ordering😁
