"I was surprised to find scottish food when I stumbled on this place by accident but genuinely felt like a roll shop from back home and the square sausage was the best ive had in Australia (the coffee was good too). Bake your potato skins until golden, then fill them with chopped square sausage, spring onion and plenty of melted cheese. Add a spoonful of sour cream to finish.
