We love Gazander oysters, and we love getting to share them with all our oyster loving guests! Clare has been happily championing the work of Carly & Thomo for years, and over that time has come to call them friends. Having spent time visiting them in Port Lincoln, and their lease in Little Douglas Bay, it’s easy to see how much they care, how hard they work, and why their pacific oysters are our favourite 🦪 With quality of the oyster being their focus, we won’t have them around for too much longer as we near the end of the season, but in the meantime they are being served at staġuni with ponzu made from last year’s Barossan citrus (gifted by Barossa neighbours) and fresh ginger 🩵
