Fresh flavours, premium ingredients and a whole lot to love 🍽️

This months Chefs Specials are here 😋

🐙 Char-Grilled Octopus Salad – Tender char-grilled baby octopus served over a warm Mediterranean medley of chard, red and green capsicum, chat potatoes, red onion and rocket, finished with capers and rich Napolitana sauce.

🥩 Wagyu Steak Sandwich – Char-grilled Wagyu skirt steak layered with melted Swiss cheese, caramelised onion, fresh tomato and our house-made chimichurri mayo on toasted panini, served with golden chips.

🥢 Peking Duck Bao Buns – Soft steamed bao filled with succulent Peking duck, pickled carrot, cucumber, fresh chilli, hoisin, crispy iceberg, coriander and shallots for the perfect balance of sweet, savoury and fresh.
