The total delight of tasting fresh oysters straight from beautiful Moreton Bay created the idea for Shucks Bar – Brisbane’s newest fresh seafood experience on the Esplanade at bayside Manly. All oysters are delivered live and unopened to the bar, including rock oysters from local and southern waters, and pacific oysters from Australia’s cooler states.
