We're bringing the vineyards of Orange NSW straight to the harbour for a 3-course dinner paired course-by-course with Philip Shaw w**es, with Managing Director Damian Shaw hosting the room himself - pouring, talking w**e, telling the stories behind every glass. Set inside the historic Boilerhouse on North Head, with the harbour glowing below as the night rolls on, this is the kind of dinner people talk about for months after.
