This is it.

The final fry-up of 2025.

If you want to get your hands on a golden, crispy Katsu in all its glory before we sign off for the holidays, you know where to be.

We’re bringing extra sauce and extra vibes, but once we’re sold out, that’s a wrap until next year. Don't go into the break with regrets (and an empty stomach).

This Friday is your only chance this month to try our delicious Katsu.

Come visit us at the Flour Mill in Summer Hill this Friday from 4pm til 9pm, 21st November for their annual Xmas Night Market.

We'll be cooking up fresh, thick, crunchy and super Oishii Katsu in Sando, Katsu Curry, and Katsu Don forms, as well as our famous Adobo Pork Belly Kushikatsu, Chicken Karaage and Cauli-age.

Santa and his elves will be out and about, as well as some other awesome vendors.

Get there early as you can in order to avoid missing out!

Its been a hot minute.

We are excited to be back trading at The Flour Mill Markets in Summer Hill this Sunday 19th October, 9am til 1pm.

We'll be bringing our famous Brekky Katsu alongside our delicious and fresh Katsu in all its glory.

Choose from Katsu Sando, Katsu Curry, or Katsudon.

Be early to avoid disappointment. Stock is limited and does sell out!

There will be plenty of other amazing stall holders who you will be able to buy a special present for mum on the day too, all whilst having a good feed!

That includes a stall from my very talented wife (and in house amazing mama to our 2 kids) , bringing along her world class artisanal condiments range.
