Vegetarian carbonara with duck egg and asparagus 🍝

No meat, no cream and absolutely no compromise on flavour. Our pasta is made fresh right here and paired with duck eggs from My Quack Shack, a small local Maleny farm run by two young locals raising free range ducks right here in our community.

Their eggs are so naturally rich and creamy that the sauce comes together without adding a thing. Fresh asparagus and you have got a plate that is as beautiful as it is satisfying.

Spaghetti carbonara with duck egg 🍝

No cream added and none needed. Duck eggs are naturally so rich and creamy that they do all the work on their own, giving this carbonara a depth and silkiness that is hard to beat. We use eggs from My Quack Shack, a local Maleny farm run by two young locals raising free range ducks right here in our backyard. Fresh, local and absolutely worth it.
