Hi i am over hearing rumours about me and so i am going to set the record straight. i did not accept the contract offered to me i declined in a respectful manner and plenty of notice. Yes i did remove everything that was mine from the tuckshop, yes including the spoons and knives. All i left was the fridges, freezers, pie warmer, ovens & stove top that i didn’t own. Instead of gossiping contact me and let’s discuss what you think you know. Just remember Malanda family is a small family. Thanks Jenny

Hi i would to notify everyone that i did not accept the contract for the tuckshop so i won’t be there that is why i changed my facebook name.
Firstly a huge thank you to my amazing staff i really appreciate all the hard work you put into preparing and serving the staff and students. And a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart to the parents, carers & students who supported me during my 2 1/2 years as convenor then the last 2 years when i leased the tuckshop. Unfortunately to some people seem to think they know something and have the right to abuse me at the local supermarket please keep your opinion to yourself.
I will miss the beautiful students and staff but have a wonderful year.

Hi it was an extremely hard decision to make due to my love of cooking and the students that I decided not to renew my contract with the school for “Moolanda Cafe”. I would like to thank you all for your support over the 4 1/2 years of providing your students with delicious, home cooked, healthy food. On behalf of my amazing team we would like to say thank you and wish you all the best for 2024.💕

Egg Kotta. A Sri Lankan street food. Like a fried rice but made with pieces of flat bread instead of rice.
Treat: Wattalapan - cardamom spices coconut custard.
NETHERLANDS:
Huzarensalade. A Dutch potato salad.
Treat: Dutch Apple Cake.
