WE ARE HIRING
Fratelli Roma, established in 2007, is a busy Italian 🇮🇹 restaurant located in Maitland CBD. We are family owned and operated by renown Hunter Valley chef Daniel Kibble and his wife Christine.

We are looking for a 1st Year Apprentice chef to join our kitchen team. This is a full time 5 days per week position. 4 days in workplace and one day at TAFE.

Fantastic career opportunity to learn a commercial cooking trade from the Hunter Valley's best chefs in a first class kitchen that was renovated in April 2022. We make everything in house from our pasta and gnocchi to bread and icecreams. Great work life balance, monitored rostered hours, 38 hours per week with above award wage.

We are open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, and Thursday to Saturday for lunch.
