Our house made, oven baked vanilla bean crème brûlée is our pride and joy 🫶🏻The receipe, unique to our kitchen, was crafted from scratch by Dan 17 years ago, and the result is dreamt of by our customers 💭 . After endless requests from our loyal customers, our house made beef lasagne is back 👏🏻. This time Dan has made them individually potted, layering his delicious beef bolognese and house made pasta that is dried especially for this dish. Topped off with béchamel and Grana Padano Parmesan. Dine in they are served with your choice of salad or fries for $38. Also available takeaway, frozen and ready to bake for a delicious and easy home cooked meal, $28 for a 500g Lasagne. 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Q.U.I.N.C.E Frangipane If someone was to ask me (Dan) which fruit reminds me of my child hood, it would be Quince 💛. A delicious winter fruit, I would wait all year to see the tree on my Nana and Pops farm ripen 💛. Nana would then poach and serve the quince as dumplings as a special treat for us kids 💛. Today our Quince are brought to us fresh by our fruit and veg supplier Peal Produce Peal Produce , pealed and prepared in house then poached in my spiced sweet port stock, cooked until tender then made into a gluten free almond meal Frangipane cake. Our fruit and vegetable product is brought to us fresh daily from Sydney market by our supplier Peal Produce Peal Produce , a relationship of nearly 20 years. Bluey is the best in the business. Currently one of our specials is zucchini flowers, 🌼 just look at these beauties! Carefully filled with goats cheese and basil 🌿 by Caleb, Dan’s right hand man of 13 years. Coated in panko crumb, fried until golden , served with pumpkin puree 🎃, pine nut, confit tomato 🍅 and roquette salad.
