Ten Minutes by Tractor is a family owned award-winning winery and operates a two-hatted fine dining restaurant located on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Our restaurant opened in 2006, and for us it has always been an extension of the cellar door. It’s an opportunity to learn more about our wines and how those wines can be enjoyed with great food. It’s also an opportunity for us to bring the p

roduce of the region together into an environment in which everyone can relax, and enjoy, and to understand what makes the Mornington Peninsula as special as it is. The restaurant reflects TMBT’s philosophy of making wine, our attention to detail and passion for doing the best we can to showcase the best of the Mornington Peninsula.

This long weekend, we’re opening the Restaurant for two additional services — Sunday dinner and Monday lunch.

For those staying on the Peninsula, or making the most of the extra day, it’s a rare chance to settle in for a long lunch or dinner.

Alongside our current menus, we’ll also be offering a special Ten Minutes by Tractor retrospective wine pairing, bringing together current releases, back vintages and limited bottlings from our cellar.

A special addition to the Champagne trolley this weekend.

Our sommeliers will be pouring Champagne Billecart-Salmon’s Les Rendez-Vous N°7 and N°8 side by side — two 100% Meunier releases from the 2018 base year, shaped by contrasting soils in the Vallée de la Marne.

With only a small allocation available, it will be poured for a short time.
