Ten Minutes by Tractor is a family owned award-winning winery and operates a two-hatted fine dining restaurant located on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Our restaurant opened in 2006, and for us it has always been an extension of the cellar door. It’s an opportunity to learn more about our wines and how those wines can be enjoyed with great food. It’s also an opportunity for us to bring the p

roduce of the region together into an environment in which everyone can relax, and enjoy, and to understand what makes the Mornington Peninsula as special as it is. The restaurant reflects TMBT’s philosophy of making wine, our attention to detail and passion for doing the best we can to showcase the best of the Mornington Peninsula.

Jerusalem artichokes from our farm, prepared three ways: raw for freshness, crisped into chips, and worked into a light espuma.

They sit over sweet onions that have been smoked and slowly confit, before being finished with lapsang souchong tea.

Earthy, sweet and smoky, this is a dish shaped for the season.
