Effective 1/1/2021, every visitor "will be required to use the Service NSW COVID Safe Check-in".
Staff can check you in if you don't have access to a smart mobile phone.

Note:
Instructions from Service NSW stipulate "If you don't have a mobile phone, ask the business to check you in by adding your contact details to their Service NSW check in form", which requires the following:
- Australian phone number
- First name
- Last name
