ready to tackle your working day. We pride ourselves on friendly speedy service but not sacrificing the quality of the product you are receiving. We try to create a fun atmosphere with a positive vibe. Our staff say working here is like one big family! It seems we practically wake up together with our early morning starts, we eat breakfast/lunch together & then off to Uni or school! We employ people with high energy levels & who love to have fun while working professionally together. BRAGGING RIGHTS! Since opening, The Pitstop has been recognised for a few things which we would love to share :)
We are continually recognised and featured in various promotional material for Small Business Victoria. We won an award in 2011 where we were featured in Federation Square (that’s right, little MUG DRIVE THRU made it in the big smoke) Along with that came a photo shoot with the Herald Sun & a GIANT pin up poster for all to see. (it has retired and is displayed in store now:)
We are always looking for ways to give back throughout supporting various charities as it means a lot to us to be able to do so. We have been involved with the Royal Children’s Hospital, Cancer Council, Relay For Life, Breast Cancer awareness, local families in need & are continually open to supporting other organizations/community groups. We try to keep up to date with the charitable calendar! We work in a high paced environment where our aim is to get you in and out of our driveway as quickly as possible but not effecting the quality of the product you are receiving but we are HONEST & REAL with understanding that sometimes we don't always get it right. We are only human after all but we do believe in customer feedback, the good, bad & the ugly! We treat it like a pot of gold as it is the only way we can improve and correct our errors as YOU ARE THE PAYING CUSTOMER so deserve only the best for your hard earned dollar spent with us!
