📣 WE’RE HIRING – FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF ☕🍽️
Bowen’s Cafe | Maclean
We’re looking for a keen, reliable and motivated person to join our Front of House team at Bowen’s Cafe in Maclean!
This is a fast-paced role, so we’re looking for someone who can multitask, think for themselves, use initiative and work well as part of a team.
Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but it’s not 100% necessary. What’s most important to us is that you’re willing to learn, have a great work ethic and genuinely want to be part of the team. We’re happy to train the right person!
The role:
• Approximately 2–4 days per week
• Front of house and customer service
• Taking orders and serving customers
• Running food and drinks
• Clearing tables and keeping the cafe clean and organised
• Helping wherever needed during busy service
• Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
We need someone who is:
✔️ Reliable and punctual
✔️ Friendly and confident with customers
✔️ Keen to work and willing to learn
✔️ Able to multitask and stay focused when it gets busy
✔️ Able to think for themselves and show initiative
✔️ A team player who is happy to jump in and help where needed
