Great leadership often emerges sooner than expected, and that is certainly the case for Claire and Noa. We are thrilled to share that, at just 18 years of age, both Claire and Noa have taken on the responsibility of managing shifts at the pizza shop.

Next time you're in the shop, be sure to give a massive shoutout to our newest shift managers. We couldn't be luckier to have them leading the charge!

While we are acknowledging our great team, we also want to say a huge thank you to the parents that drop off, pick up and wait for our team when working at Rusty's. Without you doing what you do for your kids, they couldn’t do what they do for us. We are very grateful. A special shout out to Cooper's mum.
