Our cafe has a professional room of approximately 30sqm that is available NOW, for lease.

If you want ti create a cool office space, or a funky nail and beauty bar, or maybe a social media hub, contact us now!

Completely private from the cafe, you have access to your own AV screen, air conditioning, USB outlets, power, toilets, and carpark. The space is there to make your own.

Signage is available on our building or in our front yard with massive corner frontage to Willmington and Blaxland Ave.

Availability inside our tea room as well as on our enclosed deck area, minimum 4 people with maximum 30 people (depending on day/time slots) Time slots are from 10am to 12pm and 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

Beautifully styled cutlery dining area, and you can bring your own decorations if you’re wanting a special event with High Tea.

A truly wonderful experience which is renowned for the best value High Tea in Sydney!

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the booked date. A credit of the deposit will be given upon cancellations 48 hours prior to booked date. The credit is for an instore purchase at a later date.
