Tomorrow night we’re going back to a classic. 🍽 This week's Tuesday night take-home dinner is a traditional roast with all the trimmings. Slow-cooked all day and ready to pick up and take home from late afternoon.

This photo makes us pretty happy. 😊 It's proof our Tuesday night take-home dinners has grown into dozens of meals heading out of our kitchen each week, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who keeps coming back for them. 🙏

At just $15 a serve, these meals are good old-fashioned value and your support through the quieter months means more to our little Store than you might realise because it helps us keep our wonderful team working year-round, so when summer arrives and Seaspray suddenly gets a whole lot busier, we have an experienced crew ready to go.

Tuesday night dinner, Seaspray style. 😋

Tonight Wayne was on the tools with his Thai Chicken, followed by good old-fashioned rice pudding for dessert. Two courses, home-cooked in our kitchen and ready to take home ... which is exactly what our Tuesday nights are all about.

If you haven’t discovered our Tuesday take-home dinners yet, we cook a different two-course meal each week throughout the cooler months. The menu changes depending on what takes our fancy (and what Wayne feels like cooking!), and we’ll share each week’s offering here when we know what’s coming.

It’s the first day of Spring and we’re coming out of our social media hibernation! 👋

The days are getting longer, there’s a little more warmth in the air and summer suddenly doesn’t feel quite so far away. Here at the Store, our Allpress coffee is always freshly brewed, the fish and chips are always crisp and we’re looking forward to another beautiful season in our little corner of the 90 Mile Beach.

Tuesday night dinners are back. Our guest chef Romayne is serving Sri Lankan delights, Chicken curry , Cashew curry with Sambal and rice. There are only 14 spots tonight.
