We would also like to let everyone know that, it is for one day only.

We will be closing Both at 7pm tonight (Weds 8 July) and will be closed all day Thursday 9 July.

Loch Sport Kebabs would like to remind everyone that Thursday 2 July is power outage day from 8.30am to 3.00pm but, there is no need to miss out on a hot meal or a coffee as we will be open as usual for food from 11.30am.

Gozleme

Gozleme is a traditional, savoury Turkish stuffed flatbread made from thinly rolled dough that is sealed around various fillings and cooked on a hot griddle. Originating from the rural regions of Anatolia, it has evolved into a global street food sensation and weekend market staple.

Lahmacun

Lahmaun is a traditional Middle Eastern flatbread topped with a finely minced, spiced meat mixture and baked until ultra-thin and crispy.
The Crust: An incredibly thin, cracker-like unleavened or lightly leavened dough made from flour, water, and salt. When baked at high heat, the edges become perfectly crunchy while the center stays flexible enough to roll.

The Topping: A raw paste made of finely minced lamb or beef combined with puréed tomatoes, red onions, garlic, bell peppers, fresh flat-leaf parsley, and tomato or pepper paste.
