It's with great sadness and regret that we are announcing that BLOSSM. will no longer be servicing our wonderful customers at the You Yangs Regional Park.
Earlier this year, our food truck was involved in an overnight accident that caused significant damage. A person crashed into our truck and left without offering any form of compensation. While the circumstances were disappointing, we remained determined to keep going and hoped to repair her once winter had fully set in.
However, it quickly became clear that the damage was more extensive than first anticipated. The internal structure of the truck was deemed beyond repair, and a month after being sent in for assessment, she was officially written off. Since then, we've explored every possible option to find a way back.
Unfortunately, we simply cannot afford a replacement truck at this time. As much as we have wanted to return, we've had to come to the difficult decision that we won't be able to continue operating at the park. It has taken a long time to accept this reality and to share the news with Parks Victoria.
We want to thank each and every one of you for your support, kindness, and the wonderful conversations we've shared over this last year. We'll remember our regulars (and their puppies!) forever. Thank you for helping make this dream possible while it lasted and for allowing us to be part of your visits to the You Yangs.
Sincerely, and with a world of love,
Debbie, Tracy & BLOSSM.
