Beef Back Ribs! 😎
Yep, we’re cracking out the beef ribs for something a little special this weekend. When it comes to beef, these ribs are different from plate or chuck ribs. They’re located from higher up on the cow and are essentially the ribs you would find in a prime rib roast. We smoke them over Macadamia and Ironbark wood and season them with a half-half blend of our Brisket rub and a unique coffee rub which are served up by the half or whole rack. Seriously, these ribs are something you don’t want to miss out on…

Brother Andrew, A.K.A. The Viking, A.K.A. The Mountain Goat, A.K.A. The Brisket Basher gave it a fair crack of the whip last year and carved his way into the history books to be the 1st bloke in Australia (and possibly the world) to step to the plate to tackle the Whole Brisket Challenge!
To all those who haven’t had a chance to witness this golden moment in time, we highly recommend you check it out.
