Beef Back Ribs! 😎
Yep, we’re cracking out the beef ribs for something a little special this weekend. When it comes to beef, these ribs are different from plate or chuck ribs. They’re located from higher up on the cow and are essentially the ribs you would find in a prime rib roast. We smoke them over Macadamia and Ironbark wood and season them with a half-half blend of our Brisket rub and a unique coffee rub which are served up by the half or whole rack. Seriously, these ribs are something you don’t want to miss out on…
