Evening everybody just a quick post to advise you all that we have now employed a second chef into our ranks. Lots of people will remember Wan from the Thai shop that was in woodlark st next to the Gollan Hotel. (Wan is very shy and wouldn’t stand still for a photo) but has said to say a massive HELLO to all of her old customers from way back when. We would like to extend a very warm welcome to Wan and welcome here to our Thai satay hut family ❤️ she is a treasured and valued part of our little team. Also a few upgrades currently happing in the shop with some new fittings to make it feel a little more like Thailand. And our first customer to enjoy our new seating arrangements was one of our favourite customers Kelly who has recently discovered our succulent Satay sticks and spring rolls. So as we approach our second birthday in a trying and very tough economy we would like thank everybody that has supported us from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ we strive to provide the best service we can and turn out the very best curries and Thai dishes possible. The feed back on the start of our upgrades has been very positive today and we look forward to showing you the finished product in the near future. Many thanks your crew from the Thai satay hut 🛖 ❤️

Morning to you all from the Thai satay hut management and staff. We will be closed today as a mark of respect and gratitude to all the legendary mums out there. Afternoon everyone we are open today from 12 till 8pm tonight. We have curries availability and curry puffs and spring rolls available. We are looking to be open 7 days a week with the kitchen open 6 days Monday to Saturday including Saturday lunch for all your favourites.

Hi all as a mark of respect to our diggers and Anzac Day we will be closed tonight ✊🏻 lest we forget we will how ever be open tomorrow and Monday 11am till 8 pm with a few dishes and satay sticks & rice.
