We use local ingredients as much as we can . Thanks to the local butchers, That is a substantial quantity of locally sourced goat dishes.
The locally sourced goat has gained popularity since its introduction to our menu. One of our customers tried it for the first time last week and opted to order 50 servings, portioned for freezing, due to their remote outback location.
They drive approximately 2.5 hours each way to enjoy lunch or dinner, making it a pleasure to see them relish our culinary offerings.

Reflecting on Lismore's resilience, from navigating the region's most severe floods in history to rebuilding and thriving due to the unwavering support of our remarkable community and friends.

Having relocated from Brisbane after the 2011 floods, we navigated the 2017 floods in Lismore shortly after establishing our business.

Celebrating 10 years in business and 15 years of calling Lismore home is truly significant. We have developed a strong affinity for Lismore and look forward to witnessing the town's continued growth, strengthened by community spirit.
