Joanne Stephens Cake Designer & Decorator I am a cake designer and decorator. I have a great passion for what i do, love seeing cake gradually transform from a basic cake into a piece of art.

I am currently a student at William Angliss Institute in the Patissiere divsion. There will be a $20 flat rate consulting fee, once design is finalized a 35% deposit will be required if you change the design within 1 week of order being due there will be a $10 fee on top of the cost for the changes (if applicable) also if order is cancelled within 2 weeks of order due deposit is non refundable. A delivery fee will apply for deliveries.
