Morelli Fresh Pasta is a 100% hand made, hand kneaded, hand cut and shaped Pastificio based in Lennox Head at 😍

Our pasta is freshly pasteurized which means it lasts 2 to 4 weeks in the fridge (depending on the format) 🎉🍝

We pride ourselves in making restaurant quality fresh pasta that you can easily cook at home.
We use only the best Italian flour, eggs, house made ricotta and veggies from & 😁😁

We would like to thank all the customers and stockists who helped us in the last 2 years by buying our pasta! We have a couple of projects coming soon, so stay tuned 😁🎉🥂

Our pasta may look the same, but every dough is different, depending on type and shape. Every Thursday morning we start our day by kneading all the dough by hand, and then, we proceed to roll, cut and shape, always using our hands ✌️✌️👌👌👍👍

It's now 8 years I know . I worked with him quite a lot, I spent time with him and his beautiful family.... We cook, we ate and we discuss lots about food.

He always had a special connection with cookbooks... I actually don't know anyone else who owns as many cookbooks as David does...and I know that writing a book has always been one of his dream.

So today, when I finally receive my copy of big and little, I felt so freaking happy for him! The book is so beautiful, easy to read and easy to execute... And seeing my name at the end of the book as a thanks, with all the other important people in David's life, it made me tear up a little 🥲

Congratulations David! I'm super happy and super proud of you! Keep the amazing work coming 😁
