💚 What an incredible night! 💚

Tonight we had the pleasure of welcoming the amazing Bridgenorth Football Club Women’s Team to Shine Nutrition Launceston for a fun Sip ‘N’ Sample Masterclass! 🤩🏉

Together we explored how to fuel our bodies as athletes, learnt why protein is so important for recovery and performance, and everyone got hands-on creating their very own Loaded Tea while learning all about the energy, hydration and focus benefits. 💥🥤

The room was filled with laughs, questions and some great conversations. We absolutely loved seeing everyone get involved!

A huge thank you to Bridgenorth for trusting us with your team—we hope you had as much fun as we did! 🧡

A special shout out to Katie and the Shine Launceston team for collaborating with us to bring this event to life. We love working together to educate, empower and support our local community. 🫶
