Ben's Cafe Ben's Cafe is a social enterprise café supporting young people with a disability, run by Blue Mountains Food Services. We are open Tuesday to Saturday.

At Ben's Café, we believe that good food can bring a community together. A nourishing meal, a warm beverage, and an inviting atmosphere are at the heart of so many significant moments in life. We aim to provide an inclusive space where all members of the community can gather and create these moments, while young people with disabilities are given opportunities to work and connect. When you visit Ben's Café, you're more than a customer - you are part of a social enterprise that supports our community. At Ben's Café we support an environment of learning, skill development and opportunity and where you food is prepared with love & fresh ingredients. All proceeds from Ben's Café support the vital services that Blue Mountains Food Services provides to young people with disability across the mountains. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Café Supervisor to lead our daily operations, support our diverse team, and help us deliver both outstanding hospitality and meaningful social outcomes.

As Café Supervisor, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while leading by example on the floor. You'll supervise staff and participants, maintain high food safety and customer service standards, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive workplace.
